Tradara McLaurine currently serves as the Senior Executive Director of Campus Career and Advising Services, focused on advancing student success through advising & career strategy, program development, and communication initiatives. She uses data-informed approaches to improve student engagement, streamline communication, and support retention efforts.
A three-time alumna of Indiana State University, she holds degrees in Accounting, Legal Studies, and Student Affairs in Higher Education, along with a Women’s Entrepreneurship certification from Cornell University.
