One of the most difficult tasks of being a college student is figuring out what classes to take and when to take them. In order to make the process a little easier, each major at IUPUI has its own degree map outlining the path you should take to graduate as quickly as possible.

Admission by certification

School of Informatics and Computing, Artificial Intelligence, B.A.:

  • Complete 12 credit hours of nonremedial courses
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
  • Complete AS 10000 with a C or higher

School of Engineering and Technology, Artificial Intelligence, B.S. (Intelligent Control Systems concentration)

  • Have a GPA of 2.0 or higher
  • Complete ENG-W 131
  • Ready for MATH 16500 (complete prerequisites or place into via placement test)

School of Science, Artificial Intelligence, B.S. (Data and Computational Science concentration)

Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Cluster

This major belongs to the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) cluster. The STEM cluster is the academic home of University College students pursuing majors in the sciences, technology, engineering, informatics, and computing. The STEM cluster partners with students on their academic advising and career plans to guide them into their degree-granting schools.
