Management is the study of leadership for the day-to-day operations of a business as well as the future direction a business may go to continue its stated mission. You motivate employees, build teams, shape corporate cultures, allocate people and resources, and create strategies to improve operations and to achieve business goals. You will also study a broad range of business topics and specializations to gain a big-picture understanding of the corporate world.
