Professionals in the field of healthcare engineering technology manage and support the manufacturing and use of existing medical devices and technology in patient care. They also work on project management, helping hospitals and other facilities plan their technology needs and train practitioners. You can pursue either an associate or bachelor’s degree in this field. IUPUI’s campus is connected to four hospitals, and most students complete an internship as part of their degree program.
