What You Can Expect
Visit the Indiana Statehouse to learn more about careers in public service and government. You will have the opportunity to visit the Senate Chamber, speak with legislative staff, and speak with the intern recruiters from both the House and Senate. There will be time for questions and answers, as well as networking!

Come and learn more about how to make your CSI or forensic science analyst dreams come true with a degree in forensic and investigative sciences! Forensic science can open the door to so many career paths including the FBI, CDC, research, law enforcement, physician assistant, pathology, law, and many more. Come talk to the FIS advisor and find out about the major and see the labs!

Join us for a conversation with professionals from agencies like the FBI, DEA, ATF, and other organizations who will share their career experience and give insight into the world of government agency work.
Ascend Indiana is a nonprofit dedicated to helping college students and recent graduates find jobs and internships across the state of Indiana. Through partnerships with over 500 Indiana employers, Ascend provides students with a career mentor to serve as a resource and guide in the search and a tech-enabled platform, called the Ascend Network, that provides access to hundreds of early-in-career opportunities.
National Institute for Fitness and Sport (NIFS)

The National Institute for Fitness and Sport is dedicated to enhancing human health, physical fitness, and athletic performance through research, education, and service for people of all ages and abilities. IUPUI's Department of Epidemiology has a strong track record of research. The department conducts a wide range of investigations, from molecular and genetic markers, plasma biomarkers, lifestyle factors, to health informatics. In addition to investigator-initiated research projects, they are committed to multidisciplinary collaborative research toward assessing the distribution and determinants of human illness with the aim of establishing reasoned preventive and control measures.
